Warranty Service Conditions and Costs

Before returning a purchased device for warranty service, the customer must disconnect and remove all personal accounts associated with the device (e.g., Apple ID / iCloud, Samsung Account, Google Account, etc.). The customer is also responsible for deleting all personal data stored on the device.

If an active account (e.g., Apple ID, Google Account, Samsung Account, Xiaomi / Mi Account, MDM) remains linked to the device or if security features are still enabled, the device may be considered owner-locked. In such cases:

  • Warranty repair cannot be performed;
  • Full diagnostic or repair procedures cannot be carried out;
  • Software restoration, updates, or reinstallation cannot be performed;
  • The warranty service process may be delayed or may not be possible until the required actions have been completed by the customer.

Before sending the device for warranty service, we strongly recommend creating a backup of your data (iCloud / iTunes / Google Backup), signing out of all accounts, and disabling “Find My iPhone” or any similar tracking and security features.

When submitting a warranty return request, the customer must provide clear and high-quality photographs showing the entire device:

  • Device with the screen turned on, if possible;
  • Device with the screen turned off;
  • Back side of the device.

Below are the warranty service terms and possible costs that may apply depending on the nature of the defect and the validity of the warranty:

1. When the warranty does not apply or no defect is found

If it is determined that the device defect is not covered by the warranty or no defect is identified, the customer shall cover:

  • Shipping and transportation costs
  • Device inspection / diagnostic costs

2. If the customer chooses out-of-warranty repair

If the customer is informed that the warranty does not apply and still chooses to proceed with the repair, the following costs will apply:

  • Labor costs
  • Required parts and materials
  • Shipping costs

3. Defects occurring after delivery

If a defect occurs after the product has been delivered, the seller may offer a repair as a gesture of goodwill.

In such cases, the customer is not entitled to demand a free repair — the decision regarding the possibility and conditions of repair is made solely by the seller.

4. Data security and backups

During warranty inspection or repair, the data stored on the device, such as files, settings, and applications, may be erased.

The seller is not responsible for any data loss. Therefore, before sending the device, the customer must:

  • Create a backup of their data
  • Remove personal or confidential information
  • Remove accounts, locks, and any other access-restricting information

5. Water and dust resistance

Please note, during diagnostics or repair, even in warranty cases, the manufacturer's specified water and dust resistance rating, such as IP67 or IP68 standard, may decrease or be lost due to the device disassembly and parts replacement process.
