DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered within 1–2 business days by our long-term partners:

• In Lithuania – LP Express
• In other European countries – DPD
  
  *During holiday periods and on public holidays, delivery times may vary.

In all cases, we pack shipments carefully, securely, and properly sealed to ensure that products reach our customers undamaged. Parcels are handed over to courier services in the correct configuration and in proper condition.

If, upon receiving your parcel, you notice visible damage to the packaging, deformation, tears, or signs of opening, please make sure to take photos of the package and the damage before opening it and send them to us by email at sales@roundedtrade.eu.

After receiving your information and photos, we will begin reviewing the situation and, if necessary, forward the details to the courier service to initiate a shipment damage investigation and determine the circumstances.
